Depending on the heights of the children, we keep the books and toys at the same level & close to their little hands. We do not bring the book to them. Instead, we wait for them to pick one.
We are a vegetarian centre with vegan food options. We have an in-house cook who prepares fresh nutritious whole food each day. We firmly believe in providing the best nutrition for our children and to achieve that all our meals including baked food are prepared using only ghee (clarified butter), pure butter and olive oil. No seed oils are used. For morning tea, freshly ground chia and linseeds are sprinkled on the porridge/Weetabix along with dates to sweeten it. Our baking is refined sugar-free and is only sweetened with real fruits.
